A friend of mine told me about this product. Said he got it for his cats and they loved it, since I'm always looking for things to occupy my crazy kittens. I definitely don't regret the purchase. I also really like the customer service from the company and that it seems to come from a US based company rather than China. I contacted the company because initially I wasn't sure mine was working as it should: it worked as expected with the silicone tail, but it didn't move near as much with the furry tail. I think they are still trying to contact me more to see if I'm ok with the way it's working. Turns out, that's just kinda how it works on account of the furry tail being so heavy. This isn't an issue though, really, since my kittens still totally love it. I mostly just leave the silicone tail attached and then play with the furry tail with them by hand. My smaller, crazier kitten, will drag this thing all over with it flying around and shaking ? . My bigger kitten always loves to lick furry things, so he seems to especially love the furry tail. All together, it's a good product to distract them and keep them occupied for a while, seems like good value for the quality (they've chewed the tip off one silicone tail finally, but they are quite rough and it's been a month or two), doesn't require charging too often and great customer service.
