I was impressed by the quality of the product considering the price as compared to competitors. The box was slightly damaged with shoe prints on it, no damage to the product itself. One cosmetic issue with the paint. I was satisfied with the purchase and the finished product after assembly. My only complaint about the assembly is that the slats are not pre-measured on the board, so you have to just try to make them as evenly spaced as possible and eyeball it.So cute, love that it comes with the slates as we live in warm humid state and didnt want the mattress directly on the floor for mold/allergy. Came on time, easy to installLow enough for if my toddler falls on the floor, which she did and didnt even know, she kept sleeping. The only thing is i wish the slates were more finished and less rough. I lightly sanded them down before installing, nothing that wouldnt make me repurchase the bed but just an fyi.We did not receive any of the hardware (screws, pegs, etc.) to put the bed together. And we paid $90 for shipping.Update: Seller apologized and shipped the hardware out for the bed. It took about a week to receive the missing hardware. I requested expedited shipping on the missing hardware because this was their error and seller refused. Getting multiple requests from the seller to remove the negative review before the error was fixed left a bad impression.Overall, I like the bed and it turned out very cute; glad we got it.I have purchased way too many children's beds, and put all of them together and this is by far the worst bed frame I have ever purchased. Problem number one, the bed arrived with 4 damaged/completely broken pieces. I could see maybe one in transit, but there were so many snapped in half or corners smashed that it seems like a manufacturer issue. After using some wood glue and creativity, I decided to assemble the bed to see if we could salvage it. Unfortunately, my next issue arose, as the bed also arrived with multiple missing pieces. So now I need to find out how to get those missing pieces. Finally, the quality of the wood, even for a cheap bed, is absolutely awful. The wood is cracked, paint missing and chipped an almost if not all pieces, and the predrilled holes are not in line with where they need to be, as well as drilled multiple times in the same area to create holes that are literally too big for screws to even stay in where they should. Overall, this has been a terrible experience and I highly encourage you to look elsewhere.Cute bed, but came with cracked wood pieces instead of being replaced they filled with wood glue as an easy fix, and also had several washers missing to complete the set.In the time it takes you to assemble this, honestly, you could build it from scratch. It looks like I did...it's quite literally small boards painted gray. It's flimsy as heck. For over $200 I'm disappointed. This should cost less than half the price but considering it's finally together, I'm not taking it apart to return it.Cute, easy to assemble and sturdy . It does have a very strong oder to it like glue and paint. I had to let it air out for 2 weeks before putting it the bedroom . I wish I had know that ahead of time.Say to assembleLooks darling! It’s perfect
